Fees:

* PhD/MSc students affiliated with Polish university/institute may obtain IMAPS Poland support - abstract needs to be submited and accepted. IMAPS Poland support is 1000 zł, so the fees might be additionally lowered. The maximum number of 20 students can obtain this support on both a quality of abstract and a first come first served basis.

** PhD/MSc student  affiliated with EU university (excluding Poland) may apply for ITC conference grant, which might cover conference fees, accommodation and travel cost up to 2000 EURO. Please, follow the rules described at PhoBioS Cost web page. Please note, that your abstract needs to be accepted before applying for the grant.

• Qubus Hotel - 410 zł/night for the single room and 490 zł/night for the double room - if book yourself we will let you know about the keyword/code to be used during reservation. Special rates are available till 15^th August 2024.
• Limited number of rooms is available in students' dormitory DS4 Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz, ul. Do Studzienki 61. The cost of stay is about 80 zł/night and can be arranged by organizers. The conference venue can be reached by tram in about 20 minutes.
• There is a lot of options around conference venue depending your preference and needs.
